ELIGIBILITY: MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees of Aunt Joy’s, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible.

You may only enter this sweepstakes online. No other method of entry will be accepted. To enter, complete and submit the electronic official entry form at WWW.AUNTJOY.COM. Form must be completed in its entirety; no fields may be left empty. Incomplete entries are void. Entries must be received by December 31, 2007 11:55 P.M. CST. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address.

TO ENTER: There are two methods of entry. 1. You may enter online beginning September 6th, 2007 at 12:00:01 am EST by completing the online entry form at http://www.auntjoy.com/newsite/drawing/sweepstakes_07.htm   Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and/or per street address. Entries must be received by December 31st 2006 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries or for any other technical problems. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

DRAWING: WEEKLY PRIZE(13). One Weekly Prize winner will be selected on Friday of each week beginning Friday, September 14th, 2007 through Friday, December 28th, 2007, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent Administrator, or its designee, and decisions are final. The Weekly Prize Winners will be sent their prize by postal mail to the address listed on the entry form, within 4 weeks after the Monthly Drawing. In the event mail is returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. MONTHLY PRIZE (4). One Monthly Prize winner will be selected on the 15th and 30th of each month beginning October 15th 2007 through January 1st 2008, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent Administrator, or its designee, and decisions are final. The Monthly Prize Winners will be sent their prize by mail to the address listed on the entry form, within 4 weeks after the Monthly Drawing. In the event mail is returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. GRAND PRIZE (1): Four Aunt Joy’s Personalized Christmas Stockings and one Aunt Joy's Personalized Tree Skirt.. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected on January 5th, 2007 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email or phone and will be required to sign, notarize and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release, within 30 (30) days of the date of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the first attempt by Sponsor and/or Administrator, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: (1) GRAND PRIZE: Four Aunt Joy’s Personalized Christmas Stockings and one Christmas Tree Skirt. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $250.00. (4) MONTHLY PRIZES. Aunt Joy’s Personalized Christmas Stocking. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $35.00. (13) WEEKLY PRIZES. One (1) Aunt Joy’s Personalized Mini Stocking. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $15.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes not transferable. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions are allowed. All Prizes will be awarded.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: All federal, state, and local taxes related to the prize are the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries (including death) or liabilities caused by, arising out of, or related to their participation in the sweepstakes and/or their use/misuse of the prize and, to be contacted by Sponsor via email, telephone and/or mail. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).

NAME OF WINNER: For the name of the winners, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Aunt Joy’s 2006 Sweepstakes, PO Box 1656, Moline, Illinois 61266-1656, to be postmarked by December 31, 2007.
