Aunt Joys Personalized Christmas Stockings ANNIVERSARY SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY:
MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees of Aunt Joys, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible. You may only enter this sweepstakes online. No other method of entry will be accepted. To enter, complete and submit the electronic official entry form at WWW.AUNTJOY.COM. Form must be completed in its entirety; no fields may be left empty. Incomplete entries are void. Entries must be received by December 31, 11:55 P.M. CST. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address.

HOW TO ENTER
You may enter online by completing the online entry form at http://www.auntjoy.com/sweepstakes_09.htm  Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and/or per street address. Entries must be received by December 31st to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries or for any other technical problems. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

DRAWINGS:
18 WEEKLY PRIZES.  Each Weekly winner will receive (1) one Aunt Joys Personalized Mini Stocking ($20 value). One Weekly Prize winner will be selected on Friday of each week beginning the first Friday in September through the last Friday in December in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
8 MONTHLY PRIZES. Each Monthly winner will receive (1) one Aunt Joys Personalized Classic Stocking  ($38 Value). One Monthly Prize winner will be selected on the 15th and 30th of each month beginning September 15th through December 30th in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
1 GRAND PRIZE.  The Grand Prize winner will receive (4) four Aunt Joys Personalized Christmas Stockings and (1) one Aunt Joys Personalized Tree Skirt ($250 value). The Grand Prize Winner will be selected on January 5th, 2012 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

ALL WINNERS will be notified by email or phone and will be required to confirm their winning entry by return email.  Submitting their return email they agree to allow Aunt Joys to use their name or likeness for publicity.  If the winner does not respond to the email or phone call within 72 hours of the first attempt by Sponsor and/or Administrator, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: (1) GRAND PRIZE: Four Aunt Joy’s Personalized Christmas Stockings and one Christmas Tree Skirt. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $250.00. (8) MONTHLY PRIZES. Aunt Joy’s Personalized Christmas Stocking. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $38.00 each. (13) WEEKLY PRIZES. One (1) Aunt Joy’s Personalized Mini Stocking. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20.00 each. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes not transferable. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions are allowed. All Prizes will be awarded.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: All federal, state, and local taxes related to the prize are the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries (including death) or liabilities caused by, arising out of, or related to their participation in the sweepstakes and/or their use/misuse of the prize and, to be contacted by Sponsor via email, telephone and/or mail. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).

NAME OF WINNER: For the name of the winners, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Aunt Joy’s Sweepstakes, 4502 7th Ave Rock Island, Il, 61201, to be postmarked by January 15th following the end of the Sweepstakes.
